I’m available to speak to your team, staff, or congregation for any sort of off-site retreat, training event, or time of encouragement or challenge. Let’s first talk about your goals, and then we can create a plan to help them take their next step of growth in that direction.
The Rightpath Assessment is used by both individuals and teams to discover and explore their strengths and their struggles and to help people adjust their approach to tasks in a way that plays to those strengths. Once the assessment quiz has been taken, Your Next Step will score and evaluate it, then meet with you or your group members individually to explain the results. From there, we’ll create a leadership action plan that plays to your strengths! We will then come together as a team to share what you’ve learned and discuss how each member’s own strengths and challenges contribute to or affect your group as a whole.
Any group can benefit from leadership coaching, whether you’re a team of 5 or 50. Our group coaching services are designed to help groups of all shapes and sizes grow and improve together to reach their collective goals. We start by meeting with group leaders to explore their goals, then observe your team in action to provide feedback and insight.
Gain a greater leadership presence with guided individual coaching that will provide you with the tools and techniques you need to improve. Our Individual Coaching service is a 6 month, 12 session process personalized around you, your goals, your strengths, and your challenges. Our sessions together are broken down into five phases designed to guide you through the process of discovery and reflection.
Client and coach will meet to discuss the potential coaching relationship and make introductions. We decide to partner together for a mutual agreement and review the coaching contract. Coach explains the definition of coaching and the expectations of the coach and the client.
Client and coach discuss the current leadership challenge and the areas of growth the client wants to pursue. The client begins to discover greater self-awareness through coaching meetings, assessments, and 360 feedback.
Client begins to experiment with perspectives, tools, techniques, and assignments from the coaching sessions and begins to see traction personally and professionally.
The client and coach recognize how his/her organization is becoming defined by the development of the client and notice specifically how that development is influencing the organization.
The Client and coach reflect on who the client has become and his or her progress throughout the coaching relationship. They decide to conclude or renew the contract. Are there any new challenges that the client would like to process together?
